Pricing and licensing

All prices are in USD, excluding applicable taxes. Purchases and renewals are one-time payments through Paddle. License keys and SDK downloads are delivered after checkout. For licensing questions, contact support@onodocs.com.

Included in both plans

• All shipped SDK, Canvas and Editor capabilities and framework integrations, including rendering, the editor, document generation, forms, review, optional collaboration APIs, extraction, and DOCX/PDF output.
• Browser and Node.js use, including self-hosted application services.
• Unlimited developers, end users, and documents within the licensed applications.
• Twelve months of updates and email support for product issues.
• Production use without evaluation watermarks or notices.

Both plans have the same features. There are no per-document charges or separately priced feature add-ons. Your application provides hosting, storage, authentication and any AI service it uses. Review the workflow guides for supported behavior and integration requirements.

What counts as one application?

One named product includes its frontend, backend, background jobs and collaboration, across all domains, environments, tenants and customer-hosted copies. Backend-only document automation is also an application. A shared backend serving independent products counts each product separately. Agencies should identify each client product and its license holder in the order.

Embedding, custom branding and finished document editors sold to end users are included. Reselling reusable components containing SDK or Canvas, granting independent downstream development rights in those commercial packages, or selling a general document-processing API using them to developers requires a separately quoted written redistribution agreement. Email support@onodocs.com to discuss that scope.

Generated DOCX, PDF and extracted data are royalty-free to distribute. Recipients need no OnoDocs license unless their software runs OnoDocs outside the covered application scope. Preserve evaluation notices. See the license terms.

Renew only when you need updates and support

Renewal provides another year of newer releases and product support. Without renewal, covered releases keep working within your licensed application scope.

Free evaluation

Try SDK, Canvas and Editor without registration, a credit card, or a time limit. Document content and query results remain complete. Rendered output includes an evaluation watermark. Evaluation is for non-production use.

30-day watermark-free trial

For internal demos and acceptance testing, request a trial key that removes watermarks for 30 days from issuance. No credit card is required. After expiry, document operations continue in evaluation mode.

Offline licensing

The SDK verifies signed keys locally without contacting a licensing server. Keys can be transferred into an isolated environment. Browser verification requires HTTPS or a secure localhost context.

The Editor source is MIT-licensed. You may modify and redistribute that code under MIT; SDK and Canvas dependencies retain their commercial terms.

Availability

Install the SDK, Canvas and Editor packages from npm. Runnable JavaScript and TypeScript samples and release archives are on GitHub. Commercial licenses are available through online checkout.
