Integration questions
Start with the installation guide, then use the workflow guides for the editor, generation, forms, review and extraction. The demos include runnable source and sample documents.
Rendering differences
Start by checking that the document’s fonts are available. Compare the same file in Word or LibreOffice and record which page and content differ. Font substitution can change line breaks and pagination.
Editing and export questions
Record the operation that failed and whether the problem appears before saving, after reopening the DOCX, or in the exported PDF. Check the supported editing and Word review profiles in the workflow guides. For forms, include a minimal field definition and fictional answers. For a shared session, include the user roles and the sequence of changes without access tokens or credentials.
Report a problem
Email support@onodocs.com for integration help, licensing, billing, and private reports. Post bugs and feature requests on our public GitHub Issues page.
Include the library version, browser or Node version, operating system, reproduction steps, and expected result. Use a minimal document with fictional content where possible. Do not post customer files or private data.
Commercial support
Both commercial plans include twelve months of updates and email support for product issues. Annual renewal is optional. Custom implementation work and guaranteed response times are not included.
Licensing questions
One application license covers SDK, Canvas and self-hosted capabilities for the named product. Finished editors and ordinary custom branding are included. Contact us for a separately quoted written redistribution agreement if you redistribute SDK or Canvas as reusable components or a general document-processing API, or grant independent downstream development rights in those commercial packages. MIT redistribution of Editor code remains permitted.
See Pricing for single-application and five-application licenses, optional renewal, free evaluation, and the 30-day watermark-free trial. Commercial licenses are available through online checkout. Existing customers can use the same page to recover their purchase link. Install the SDK from npm, download archives from GitHub releases, or email support@onodocs.com to request a trial key.
